The emergence of modern nation-states and their laws on border delegitimized these trade activities. The illegal trade activities rest upon the strings of informal networks that span across the border and were historically the networks that connected the people of Sangihe with those of the Mindanao area of Southern Philippines. The Sangir people who live on the border between Indonesia and Philippines have long been known for their illegal trade activities across the border. They were the appropriate curation model, data curation regulations, finding problems at the institutions and knowing supported technology, and system for data curation implementation. The result showed that vital aspects were identified both from the informants and the previous studies. This study used phenomenological method on data curation and how it would affect the performances of research data. Also, it is essential to know how institutions find the term data curation and how it links to the management of research data and its implication to research data. The purpose of this paper was also to observe and to analyze how the standards and system have been used at research institutions and how they were effective. For that reason, this paper was made to evaluate the research data cycle and management at several research institutions in Indonesia. Yet, research institutions have already set their plan and management to ensure that research data management is going well and supports the objectives of the institutions.
The understanding of data curation itself is necessary for research institutes that manage any kinds of research data set. The concept of data curation has been a well-known term for scholarly communities. This research recommends follow-up studies to capture trajectory patterns of a larger sample as well as communities, to generate effective model for community intervention. Semi-structured interviews with these purposively-sampled subjects in February-April 2017 reveal the process they have undertaken as results of their meaning-making process, which concludes in their trajectory from personal narrative to community development. Using narrative psychology as strategy of inquiry and action research as approach, this preliminary qualitative research aims to describe a case study of three women entrepreneurs - from Circa, Du’Anyam and Toraja Melo community-based enterprises –to empower women communities of doll crafters in Cihanjuang West Java, indigenous wicker weavers in Larantuka East Nusa Tengara and traditional textile weavers in Toraja North Sulawesi. Through collaborative research and action, community psychology seeks to understand and to enhance quality of life of individuals, communities and the society. With updated IoT connected devices, IoT presently seems to be one of the primary enablers to create quality competency-based education or even become the most vital proponent. Based on the research finding, it indicates that the advancement of IoT has influenced users particularly Gen z, to adjust effectively in technological literacy.
Ninety four (n=94) learners of English Study Program at a higher level have been chosen as the subject. In addition, the study conducted its survey in Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, South Tangerang, Indonesia. The study was conducted in a qualitative descriptive analysis by using a self-structured questionnaire by Likert-type scale to figure out the data statistically. The purpose of this study is examines how learners’ perspective certain the effectiveness of IoT in higher education as aiding the learning process.

With the support of IoT, institutions can upgrade learning outcomes by providing increasingly well-to-do learning encounters, improved operational effectiveness, and by gaining real-time, actionable insight into student performance. Internet of Things (IoT) continues to confirm its essential position in the context of Information and Communication Technologies and the development of society. In the coming years, technology will affect the learning experience from numerous points of view.
